Alexandra Paul (born 29 July 1963 in New York CityAlexandra Paul is an American actress. She is probably best known for her role as Lt. Stephanie Holden in the television series from 1992 to 1997. While she has appeared in over 50 movies and television programs, she is also a dedicated environmental and political activist.

Alexandra has often commited herself to civil disobedience in protest of some policy or action which she believes is wrong. In March 2003 she was arrested for protesting the war against Iraq and spent 5 days in jail. She was arrested on March 15, 2005, protesting the crushing of the environmentally-friendly EV1 cars, in Burbank, California; she parked her car in the way of the truck carrying the EV1's to the junkyard.

Apart from received a Bronze Apple Award and first place recognition at the EarthVision Environmental Film and Video Festival. won a CINE Golden Eagle Award.

Alexandra also competed at the 1997 Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii.
