Greg Kinnear (born June 17, 1963 in Logansport, IndianaGreg Kinnear is an American actor.

He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1997 for . Kinnear is an alumnus of the University of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 1985. Kinnear married his long-time girlfriend, Helen Labdon in 1999. Their only child, daughter Lily, was born in 2003.
