Martha Moxley (1960–October 30, 1975), born in San Francisco, California, was the victim of a murder that remained unsolved for 17 years.
She moved to Greenwich, Connecticut in 1974 and was murdered on October 30, 1975. She was killed with a 6-iron golf club that belonged to the Skakel family. Martha's murder had been unsolved until 2002, when Michael Skakel, a nephew of Ethel Kennedy, was charged with her murder. On June 7, 2002, he was convicted. |
