This film introduces a gender-confused doll named Glen (voiced by Billy Boyd), who is the child of Chucky and Tiffany. When he sees his parents in a commercial for an upcoming Chucky movie called , he goes to Hollywood. Once there, he uses Chucky's amulet to transfer Chucky's and Tiffany's souls into the new dolls that the studio is using for their movie. Chucky and Tiffany later decide that they want another child and that the mother should be Jennifer Tilly (Tiffany's favorite star and the star of Chucky kills Britney Spears by running her off the side of the road while he and Glen are driving a sports utility vehicle. Since Britney in the film was portrayed by a look-alike, TV spots for the movie displayed this message: "Britney Spears Does Not Appear In This Movie". The reason for this was that Britney Spears and her management were concerned that people might be led to believe that Britney actually appeared and "died" in the movie.The gender-confused child of Chucky and Tiffany is named either Glen or Glenda. This is an obvious tribute to Ed Wood, Jr.'s movie The personality of the murderous "lady-killer" that Glen becomes while wearing the dress and the wig is a homage to Alfred Hitchcock's , when Chucky breaks down the hospital room door with an axe, a la Jack Nicholson. After a long pause, instead of repeating the famous line "Here's Johnny!!!", he says he can't think of a thing to say.What the hell is this? We had an agreement, Chucky!
